Mazen Al Ramahi, a Jordanian businessman who lives in Budapest, founded his hotel chain in Budapest in 2005.
Boutique Hotel Budapest opened its doors in August 2006, at the meeting point of the bustling Váci street and Só street, close to the Great Market Hall, the Gellért Bath and other tourist attractions, only a few steps away from the Danube. All 72 rooms represent the popular modern yet elegant style of international boutique hotels. The indoor atrium -created from the inner courtyard of the Boutique Hotel Budapest- is the perfect place for smaller events and business meetings. The hotel's Café & Bar provides a great place for relaxation for leisure and business travelers visiting Budapest.

In 2008, Mazen Al Ramahi bought the buildings of the Hungária Bath and Continental Hotel in Budapest's bohemian quarter, Dohány Street, which were once considered the iconic buildings of the city's Jewish quarter, with this launching an investment in a second hotel. Reborn from the ashes of the bath and the hotel, the Continental Hotel Budapest****Superior – on the corner of Nyár and Dohány streets – opened in June 2010, combining traditional hospitality with the expectations of the modern 21st century with its 272 rooms and 5 function rooms. Made up of the elements of Art Nouveau, Art Deco and modern interior design, the building emits a completely unique but distinctive style typical of the company’s hotels. The hotel's 120-seat ARAZ Restaurant combines the 21st century’s modern kitchen technology with the elements of traditional Hungarian cuisine.

Only a few meters away from the Danube, in Vigyázó Ferenc Street in the 5th district, the Prestige Hotel Budapest****Superior has been offering high-quality, 21st-century services in a bourgeois milieu since April 2015. The 19th-century building was built based on the plans of József Hild. Its design has retained the typical monarchical character of the building, so the rooms open from a 6-storied internal corridor, offering an imposing view of the special interior. The hotel offers 85 vintage-style rooms in four categories, furnished with quality furniture, emitting harmony and fine elegance to satisfy every need.

The operation of Zeina Hotels is supervised by its brand manager, Mr. Zoltán Géher, who is also the hotel manager of the Continental Hotel Budapest **** Superior.
