The change of ownership took place in the summer of 2001 when a new era in the life of the building begun. The building was already enough obsolated. Thanks to both internal and external works finally its renewed. The building with its former beauty, once again is fittingly decotating Hajdúszoboszló s center square. At the same time the building received the Nelson restaurant and pastry shop name. The restaurant reflects the flagship of the deck crew, a pastry shop and a private room is modeled by Admiral Nelson officers quarters. The hospitality atmosphere and the quality of food, and cakes placed within a short time for inhabitants of Hajdúszoboszló a favorite place. One proof of the fact is that in 2010 the Nelson was aworded Business of the Year title.
